(This is the other stuff- coffee, chips, cereal, salt. It was in a box on the fridge last week.)
We started the week off with making some snacks right off the bat. We made granola, smoothie pops, and hummus.
Although we weren't completely free of temptation this week, we managed to make it seven days without cheating! However, a detox diet is supposed to kind of clean up your system and I'm pretty sure it didn't work. We still felt very tired and sluggish despite following all the rules. Oh well. At least we tried! In case you're curious, I'll post a list at the end of what we could and couldn't eat last week.

ReplyDeleteYes, the bug was in our house. Batik apparently played with it for a little while, but I'm sure she got pinched and didn't like the repellent juice the thing squirted. :)
